Eight private dining/meeting rooms with attached outdoor patio gardens, offer flexibility to accommodate groups varying in size from 10 to 300 guests and with a complete range of food and beverage services, events can be catered from the modest to the exquisite.
The Princeton Club is proud to be the first and only New York City social club to host green meeting spaces on our newly-renovated fourth floor. “Going Green” provides our members and guests with noticeably better air quality keeping attendees more alert & focused for their full day of meetings. Our green materials prohibit toxic-out gassing, using less energy per person to help the environment. Last, but by no means least, an outdoor garden provides lots of natural light, along with very easy access to the outdoors for a patio luncheon, evening reception or just a breath of fresh air.
Our Executive Chef Michael Bourquin continues to use his expertise and creative talent garnered during his thirteen year tenure at the Waldorf-Astoria Hotel, to delight the palates of our members and their guests.
