A Night in Venice with Countess Enrica Rocca

Join us for a true Venetian dinner with Countess Enrica Rocca. The Countess is well known for her acclaimed cooking schools in Venice, London and Cape Town. Gourmet magazine listed her school as one of the 10 best cooking schools in the world. Enrica Rocca, a quintessentially Venetian and incredibly vivacious woman, has become an important authority on her native land’s cuisine. Her food has a penchant for simple fresh ingredients, artful plating and vibrant flavors. She also produces her own brand of Prosecco from the best Venetian vineyards. Enrica Rocca is the author of the cookbook, Venice on a Plate: but What a Plate! and has shared her cuisine at the James Beard Foundation, La Scuola di Eataly New York and the Arts Club of Chicago.

Chef Michael Bourquin and Countess Enrica Rocca will prepare a special dinner based on her favorite dishes. Pricing for the evening is $80++ per person and beverages will be a la carte.
