Adam Ross, CEO
Adam Ross is the President and CEO of Heyday. He was formerly a Principal and Founding Member of Centerview Partners, a boutique investment bank, where he executed a variety of transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, recapitalizations, and equity and debt financings for clients across the consumer products, beauty and retail sectors. Prior to Centerview, Adam was with UBS Investment Bank. Adam also sits on the Boards of Serena & Lily and Soludos. He was a co-founder of Soludos prior to Heyday. Adam earned his undergraduate degree in Commerce (Hons) from The University of Sydney, his MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, and has also earned the right to use the CFA designation.

Conor Begley, Co-Founder & President
Conor and Jon Namnath co-founded Tribe Dynamics in April 2012, after Conor discovered the power and potential of influencer marketing while working in Australia. With extensive experience in search marketing, reputation management and CRM systems, Conor and Jon decided that influencer marketers needed their own analytical systems and enterprise-class technology. What began as an intuitive theory shared by two long-time friends, the Silicon Valley based startup has become a leading authority in technical marketing and social analytics within the beauty, fashion, and lifestyle industries. Under Conor’s direction, Tribe has developed close relationships with some of the beauty industry’s top brands, organizations and publications, including WWD/Beauty Inc., CEW, and NPD, who feature the company’s analytics and expertise on an ongoing basis.

Tina Hedges, Founder
Tina Hedges, the founder of www.lolibeauty.com, has spent her career creating disruptive and creative brands. Her innovative projects have spanned all categories, from luxury, to mass market, as well as direct to consumer distribution. Her reputation as a builder of successful corporate portfolios is well known in the beauty industry, with tenures at L’Oreal, Estee Lauder, and LVMH. She was the founder of a breakthrough celebrity hair care brand in 2005, which delivered top line sales of $28 M and profit of $4 M. Her unique vision of launching this product on BLOWOUT, a Bravo TV reality show was the first of its kind. After the success of this brand, she turned her attention to the beverage sector and pioneered a new category called, “hangover prevention”. Her most recent launch LOLI is a new “vertical brand” which for the first time allows customers to blend and mix their beauty products at home, using food grade ingredients. LOLI which stands for Living Organic Loving Ingredients, is the world’s first zero waste, organic beauty brand and its micro-customization in personal care has garnered it a coveted place in Grand Central Tech’s Accelerator and Project Entrepreneur. Tina has been featured on CBS NEWS, CNBC, BLOOMBERG, and in WWD, and ADVERTISING AGE. She is on the advistory board of GCI and is a board member of NGO F of CC. Of Cuban decent, Tina grew up in Jamaica, and came to NYC as a performing member of the NYC Ballet.

Ani Hadjinian, General Manager
Ani Hadjinian is General Manager of EVER, a high performance beauty brand that delivers quality skincare and makeup products developed with clean beauty in mind. The brand is deeply rooted in its mission to create flexible income for women. As the General Manager, Hadjinian is responsible for leading EVER’s overall growth, product development and innovation pipeline, national market expansion, and the building of a top-­‐tier team that will propel EVER into the future of beauty. Hadjinian received her M.B.A. from The University of Chicago’s Booth School of Business with focus on Finance, Economics and Entrepreneurship. She is currently an active member of Cosmetics Executive Women. Hadjinian is originally from Los Angeles, spent most of her professional life in New York City, and currently resides in San Francisco with her husband and two young children.

Moderator

Cindy Cirlin
Cindy has spent her career in beauty and fashion-related businesses. She has held senior-level positions for over 20 years in the beauty industry at major companies such as Revlon, Estee Lauder and L’Oreal. She has also been a consultant for a number of years, working on projects for the beauty industry as well as other entrepreneurial ventures. Cindy received her Bachelor of Science Degree from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania, where she majored in Marketing.
