Traditional Thanksgiving Feast
Let Executive Chef Danny DiGiacomo make your Thanksgiving celebration a feast to remember.
Seating times: 12PM, 2:30PM and 5PM
Buffet Selections
Appetizers: cheese, pate and cured meats
Meats and Fish: turkey with gravy, Filet Mignon with red wine sauce, seasonal fish, smoked salmon, salmon pastrami, shrimp cocktail and crab claws
Vegetables: haricot verts, Brussels sprouts, red cabbage, Caesar salad, mixed greens, wheat berry salad with dried cranberries and marinated mushroom salad
Sides: stuffing, sweet potato, mashed potatoes, cranberry sauce, saffron rice and pumpkin soup
Desert: pumpkin pie, apple pie, pecan pie, crème bûrlée, fruit tart, classic cheesecake, rice pudding, fruit and cookies
Cost: $65 per person and $29.50 for children under 12
