Princeton Club Renovation Update-Summer 2008

Our renovation plan is highlighted with a return to formal dining, a new Tiger Bar & Grill with classic lines and natural light, a significant addition of “members-only” space, an expanded
library and business center, flexible event space, and an outdoor roof terrace on the fourth floor.

In the first floor library, members will discover space for conversation, quiet work areas, and room for all our existing library volumes, plus a 30% increase in book capacity. A state-ofthe-
art business center with WiFi access, terminals with direct research access to Firestone Library, and expanded work space will also be located here. A communications lounge will give
members a dedicated area for cell phone use.

The second floor, which will be accessible by a grand, curved stairway in a classic New York townhouse design, will feature the existing Prospect Room, a renovated James Madison Room, and ample service and storage facilities to support membersponsored
events, weddings, and banquets.

The renovated third floor will be home to an all-new Bar & Grill and a formal dining room. Both rooms will be located toward the front of the Clubhouse and will feature natural light through large windows and seating for approximately 150 diners. Members will now have a choice between elegant, fine dining or the congenial atmosphere of a high-end pub.

Space for small, medium, and large-sized meetings and events will be offered on our flexible, renovated fourth floor, with movable sound-proof walls allowing us to accommodate
gatherings from five to 300 people. The highlight of this floor is undoubtedly the new outdoor roof terrace, where refreshments can be served amidst flowers and garden umbrellas, enhancing a spring or summer evening.

The fifth floor renovations will offer enhanced guest room amenities plus two additional bedrooms. The renovation plan as a whole will give us state-of-the-art kitchens, an environmentally green and cost-efficient HVAC system, enhanced and soundproof windows, expanded natural light through larger front building windows and skylights, higher ceilings, and a warm and comfortable atmosphere that says, “Welcome to your home away from home.”
