Cancellation Policy
Events are open to members in good standing of the Club
and their guests. Guests must be accompanied by members
at all events
The Program Office will accept cancellations
for programs only as follows:
Cancellations may be made through the Program Office
during business hours. Monday through Friday, 9:00am
- 4:30pm. No other department is authorized to accept
any program reservation transaction.
Paid Events: Cancellations must be received by 4:30pm
two business days prior to the program/event so as not
to incur a charge unless other wise stated.
All cancellations received after the date will be charged
in full.
Free Events : A $10 fee will be incurred if members
do not cancel reservations by noon on the day of event.
Event no-show will be charged the full price of program/event.
