CUCNY Curated – Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade Balloon Inflation
Held near the American Museum of Natural History, this event has to be almost as fun as the Macy’s Thanksgiving Parade. Bring the kids and the young at heart!
Inflation takes place between 3-10PM. The gigantic characters take shape a bit later in the evening.

Q. How many balloon will be inflated? A. Over 60 balloons – with a few smaller ones for good measure.
Q. How much helium doe sit take to inflate all of those balloons? A. About 300 thousand standard cubic feet
Q. How long does it take to fill each balloon? A. 1 to 1 1/2 hours per baloon
