Frances Hesselbein and Peter Drucker’s Five Most Important Questions
Presidential Medal of Freedom recipient Frances Hesselbein and career and leadership consultant Joan Snyder Kuhl will address how Peter Drucker’s wisdom has become even more relevant for today’s multi-generational workforce. This presentation will focus on their enhanced edition of Peter Drucker’s The Five Most Important Questions: Enduring Wisdom for Today’s Leaders and will include an interactive dialogue on Drucker’s Five Questions – What is our mission, who is our customer, what does the customer value, what are our results and what is our plan? Hesselbein will share her leadership wisdom gained from serving the social sector for more than 50 years and Kuhl will share insight into leading a multi-generational workforce and investing in the millennial customer segment.
Regarded as one of the most highly respected experts in the field of contemporary leadership development, Frances Hesselbein is the President and CEO of The Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute, and former CEO of the Girl Scouts of the USA. The Frances Hesselbein Leadership Institute, originally founded as The Peter F. Drucker Foundation for Nonprofit Management, was renamed in 2012 to honor Hesselbein’s legacy and ongoing contributions. She is Editor-in-Chief of the award-winning quarterly journal, Leader to Leader, co-editor of 27 books in 29 languages, as well as the author of Hesselbein on Leadership, My Life in Leadership and most recently, More Hesselbein on Leadership.
