Do you enjoy truffle, shrimp, foie gras, smoked duck, or quail? These are only a few of the delicious ingredients on the 3-course menu created by celebrity chef Christopher Covelli and Princeton Club executive chef, Michael Bourquin.
Enjoy your meal in the fine-dining Woodrow Wilson room for the menu will speak several Romance languages, featuring dishes influenced by Italian, French, and Spanish cuisines. Chef Covelli is a senior chef instructor at Toscana Saporita Cooking School in Tuscany, Italy, where he gains inspiration for his diverse menu.
Chef Covelli’s cooking expertise earned him invitations as guest chef for four James Beard Foundation Dinners, and until recently, he was owner and chef of L’Uva Restaurant on Cape Cod, MA. Chef Covelli has earned five Wine Spectator Awards of Excellence among other numerous cooking awards.
