Craig B. Brod
Craig B. Brod is a partner based in the New York office of the international law firm Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP. Mr. Brod’s practice focuses on U.S. and international issuer and investment banking representation, corporate governance, corporate finance and securities law.
Mr. Brod is a member of the Executive Committee of the Columbia College Alumni Association and serves as the College representative on the Columbia University Alumni Trustee Nominating Committee. He was elected to the Columbia University Club of New York Board of Governors in November 2012.
