Morning Wake-up I: Qigong with Sokie Lee

Join us for morning Qigong exercises with Sokie Lee, a certified instructor and NYS Licensed Massage Therapist, with over 20 years of bodywork experience.

Sokie’s Qigong exercises are gentle and easy-to-learn. Through alignment and mindful movements we can strengthen the body’s inner core.

This session will last approximately 30 minute.

Biography

Sokie Lee is a Movement Motivator, promoting health through mindful movement. She has helped people from kids to seniors to enjoy exercises which lead to better health, balance and maximal potential.

Sokie teaches and has taught classes at the 92Y, Lindblad/National Geographic, Hospital for Special Surgery, Mount Sinai Beth Israel, Carnegie East House, James Lenox House, and Swedish Institute.

An avid learner. Sokie continually focuses on the study of Qigong and Martial Arts. She also enjoys kayaking, kickboxing, scuba diving, cooking, and traveling.

Born in Hong Kong, Sokie has lived in New York since age nine. Raised with Chinese holistic lifestyle, Sokie continues that way of living today.
