About the Event:
CUCNY members have been invited to attend an enlightening and personal evening with Dr. Manuela Veloso, the acclaimed Head of AI Research at JPMorgan Chase. She will delve into the latest AI research and innovations within the financial sector, highlighting JPMorgan Chase’s pioneering projects involving data discovery, standardization, synthetic data, behavior analysis, multi-agent simulations, and explainability.
Guest Speaker: Dr. Manuela Veloso Prior to her role at JPMorgan Chase, Dr. Veloso led the Machine Learning Department at Carnegie Mellon University and served as the President of the Association for the Advancement of Artificial Intelligence. In 2022, she was honored with an election to the National Academy of Engineering, recognizing her substantial contributions to AI in robotics and the financial services realm.
