Exclusive Performance by Music Ensemble: Opus 21
The Club is proud to host an exclusive performance by Opus 21. Opus 21 is an innovative chamber music ensemble at Princeton University that is dedicated to bringing an eclectic repertoire of chamber music to the University and beyond. In past seasons, Opus 21 has been featured in collaborative concerts with Columbia and Harvard University, appearances in the 2015 APAP|NYC, and a pre-concert for violinist Stefan Jackiw and pianist Anna Polonsky in Richardson Auditorium.
Founded in 2014 by Jisoo Kim and Edward Leung, Opus 21 has become a tour de force in the music scene at Princeton University. Opus 21 brings a dynamic and innovative approach to an expansive repertoire of chamber music. Ensemble members are active members or alumnae of prestigious orchestras and music institutions including the Boston Youth Symphony Orchestra, the National Youth Orchestra of the United States of America, Symphony in C, From the Top, National YoungArts Foundation, Perlman Music Program, Tanglewood Music Center Fellowship Program, Juilliard Pre-College Division, New England Conservatory Preparatory School, and the Music Institute of Chicago.
